RegoMate is an Australian reminder service that helps you never miss your vehicle registration or driver's licence renewal. You get a personalised windscreen sticker in your first year, plus automatic SMS alerts before your expiry dates.

No. RegoMate is a private reminder service and has no affiliation with any government agency. We do not process or renew registrations — we simply remind you when action is needed. You still need to renew your rego and licence through the official channels (e.g. your state's transport department).

RegoMate works in all Australian states and territories — QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and NT. SMS reminders are based on the expiry dates you provide, so they work regardless of your state.

Yes! You can add extra vehicles for a partner, friend, or family member at signup or anytime from your account — up to 8 vehicles per account. Adding extra vehicles at signup is just $7.99 each (sticker + SMS reminders included, posted together at no extra postage cost) — saving you $12.00 per vehicle compared to signing up separately later. From year two, additional vehicles renew at $4.99/yr each.

Simply reply STOP to any SMS from us. Your reminders will pause and automatically reset for the following year based on your new expiry date. You can also manage reminders from your account page.

Log in to your account and update your rego or licence expiry date. Your reminders will automatically adjust to the new dates.

Most Australian states let you pay your registration in 3, 6, or 12 month periods rather than all at once for the year. When you sign up (or update your details in your account), you tell us your annual rego renewal date and how often you actually pay (3, 6, or 12 months). Your sticker shows your annual renewal date, and we send you the full SMS reminder sequence (6 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 weeks, then daily) before each payment is due — not just the annual one. If your rego period changes, just update it in your account and your SMS schedule will adjust automatically.

Yes. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of marketing messages. You can also toggle marketing SMS on or off from your account settings. Note: replying STOP to marketing messages does not stop your renewal reminder messages — those are managed separately.

Your sticker shows your rego plate, your annual rego renewal date (day and month), and licence expiry (day, month and year) — all personalised to your vehicle. It also includes the name you chose to appear on your sticker (your first name, a nickname, or initials), your state, and the RegoMate website address for quick reference. An alcohol wipe is included for easy application.

Most people stick it on their dashboard, sun visor, or inside the glove box — somewhere you'll notice it regularly. Use the included alcohol wipe to clean the surface first for best adhesion.

Your sticker is printed and posted within 3–5 business days of your order. Delivery time then depends on Australia Post, typically 2–5 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for postal delays or lost mail — please ensure your postal address is correct when signing up.

Yes — replacement stickers are available anytime for $9.99 (postage & handling included). This is useful if your sticker is damaged or lost. Order from your account page. Note: if you just need an updated sticker because your driver's licence has been renewed, see the next question — you may not need to pay for a replacement at all.

Yes! While your subscription is active, when your driver's licence is renewed we'll automatically prepare and post you a new sticker showing your updated licence expiry date. You only pay the $4.99 postage & handling fee, which is charged automatically to the card on file — no need to order a replacement yourself. Just make sure your licence expiry date and payment details are up to date in your account.

The physical sticker is included in your first year (Starter plan at $14.99, or $7.99 for additional vehicles). From year two, your subscription renews at $9.99/yr ($4.99/yr for additional vehicles) which covers SMS reminders only. You'll automatically get a new sticker (P&H only) when your licence renews — see above — or you can order a replacement anytime for $9.99.

Your subscription renews automatically each year — $9.99 for your first vehicle, and $4.99 for each additional vehicle on your account. You'll receive a reminder at least 7 days before your renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you can do so from your account page before the renewal date.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your subscription and SMS reminders will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the remaining period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a world-leading payment provider. RegoMate never stores your card details — they are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.

Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@regomate.com and we'll do our best to help.

When you purchase a RegoMate subscription, an account is automatically created using your email address. You'll receive an email invitation to set your password. Once set, you can log in at regomate.com/login.

From your account you can update your personal and vehicle details, change your expiry dates, manage SMS preferences, change your password, order replacement stickers, and manage your subscription.

Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Log in to your account, navigate to the relevant section (Personal or Vehicle), update your details, and click Save. Changes take effect immediately.
