RegoMate is an Australian reminder service that helps you never miss your vehicle registration or driver's licence renewal. You get a personalised windscreen sticker in your first year, plus automatic SMS alerts before your expiry dates.

No. RegoMate is a private reminder service and has no affiliation with any government agency. We do not process or renew registrations — we simply remind you when action is needed. You still need to renew your rego and licence through the official channels (e.g. your state's transport department).

RegoMate works in all Australian states and territories — QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and NT. SMS reminders are based on the expiry dates you provide, so they work regardless of your state.

Yes! You can add extra stickers for a partner, friend, or second vehicle at signup or anytime from your account. Each extra sticker is $9.99 and includes its own SMS reminders. We post everything together — no extra postage for up to 10 stickers in one order.

We send reminders at: Reminders are sent for both your rego and your licence expiry dates separately.

Simply reply STOP to any SMS from us. Your reminders will pause and automatically reset for the following year based on your new expiry date. You can also manage reminders from your account page.

Log in to your account and update your rego or licence expiry date. Your reminders will automatically adjust to the new dates.

Yes. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of marketing messages. You can also toggle marketing SMS on or off from your account settings. Note: replying STOP to marketing messages does not stop your renewal reminder messages — those are managed separately.

Your sticker shows your rego plate, rego expiry date, and licence expiry date — all personalised to your vehicle. It also includes your name and state, and the RegoMate website address for quick reference. An alcohol wipe is included for easy application.

Most people stick it on their dashboard, sun visor, or inside the glove box — somewhere you'll notice it regularly. Use the included alcohol wipe to clean the surface first for best adhesion.

Your sticker is printed and posted within 3–5 business days of your order. Delivery time then depends on Australia Post, typically 2–5 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for postal delays or lost mail — please ensure your postal address is correct when signing up.

Yes — replacement stickers are available anytime for $12.98. This is useful if your sticker is damaged, lost, or if you get a new licence with updated expiry dates. Order from your account page.

The physical sticker is included in your first year (Starter plan at $14.99). From year two, your subscription renews at $9.99/yr which covers SMS reminders only. You can order a replacement sticker at any time for $12.98.

All prices include GST.

Your subscription renews automatically each year at $9.99. You'll receive a reminder at least 7 days before your renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you can do so from your account page before the renewal date.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your subscription and SMS reminders will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the remaining period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a world-leading payment provider. RegoMate never stores your card details — they are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.

Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@regomate.com and we'll do our best to help.

When you purchase a RegoMate subscription, an account is automatically created using your email address. You'll receive an email invitation to set your password. Once set, you can log in at regomate.com/login.

From your account you can update your personal and vehicle details, change your expiry dates, manage SMS preferences, change your password, order replacement stickers, and manage your subscription.

Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Log in to your account, navigate to the relevant section (Personal or Vehicle), update your details, and click Save. Changes take effect immediately.
